Does my client need to download an app?+
No. They open the link in their phone's browser, fill it out and sign. No account or password needed.
Is the e-signature valid?+
Electronic signatures are accepted for many processes and authorizations, but each insurance carrier or agency may have its own rules. We'll help you figure out which documents you can handle this way and which need a different process.
What about the WhatsApp assistant?+
Meta offers a free AI assistant for WhatsApp Business. As part of the setup, we help you turn it on so it answers common questions and shares your form link. We don't sell it as a separate product.
Is SOSFIX part of the government or the IRS?+
No. SOSFIX is a private technology company. We help professionals collect their clients' information; we don't file returns or paperwork with any agency.
