Privacy notice

1. Who we are

SOSFIX is a private technology services company: forms with e-signature, tech support, cybersecurity, websites and marketing. We are not a government agency.

2. What information we collect

When you message us: your name, WhatsApp number and whatever you tell us about what you need.

In the forms we build for our clients (for example, insurance agents or tax preparers): the information that professional asks their own clients for, the signature and, where applicable, photos of documents.

3. How we use it

To reply to you, provide the service you hired us for and give support. Form data is used only so the professional who requested it can serve their client.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

4. How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Encryption of stored data and other protections are in development; we'll let you know when they're available. Responses are sent only to the email of the professional who shared the form with you.

We never ask for Social Security numbers, bank accounts or photos of documents over WhatsApp. That information is only received through a secure link.

5. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the service, or as long as required by law or by the responsible professional. Automatic deletion once data is no longer needed is planned for an upcoming version; in the meantime, you can ask us to delete your data through our contact channels.

6. Who we share it with

With the professional who created the form and with the technology providers we use to run the service (hosting and storage), under security safeguards. Never for advertising.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by messaging us. If you filled out a form for a professional, you can also ask them directly.
